The present Probate Court system is broken. Motions are set months after filing. Discovery is severely delayed. Trials are four years or more after the initial filing. The cost to the parties is significant, both economically and emotionally. Privacy is nonexistent in most proceedings.

FEATT avoids these pitfalls. Once the parties stipulate to our services, motions are heard within twenty to twenty-five days. Discovery disputes are resolved by a quick video hearing.

The parties exchange documents and identify witnesses early in the proceedings, similar to Federal Court. Mediation shall commence within three to four months. Arbitration shall begin within one year from when the parties stipulate to use our services.

The expense of FEATT services is less than the economic and emotional costs incurred in our current Court system.
